Introduction:
The AmoCRM START conference: From Hiring to Business brought together entrepreneurs, partners, and clients on one platform to hear strong speakers and get inspired by new ideas. It was a bright and dynamic event where every step on stage was a small premiere. This project is especially important to us. Working with such a large brand and an emotionally rich event is always a challenge and an opportunity to show the maximum of our capabilities.
Goal:
We faced a specific and responsible task:to conduct filmingof all speeches for further editing, color match the cameras, ensure stable and clean audio recording, and output a smoothbroadcastof close-ups. Additionally, backup recording had to be provided in case of any technical failures.
The project's feature was the scale of the venue and significant distances between equipment positions - this required precise placement of equipment and flawless team coordination.

Preparation:
Work on the project began with a detailed discussion of the task with the client and preparation of a commercial proposal. After approval, we agreed on a shooting plan, worked out technical issues for equipment connection, and finalized the event timings.
The day before the conference, the team installed equipment and performed a full run-through of all systems to ensure signal stability and smooth operation. Then - filming on the event day and delivery of source files to the client.
The following were involved in the project:
- project manager - client and team coordination, deadline control;
- video director - management of filming and on-air picture;
- three operators - work on main cameras;
- two crane operators - dynamic and accent shots;
- duty technician - equipment monitoring and prompt troubleshooting.

We proposed a solution to the client - filming via ПТС (mobile TV studio). This allowed centralized control of the picture, ensured stability, and added an additional recording backup. Previously, the client worked without ПТС, so this approach increased system reliability and the quality of the final material.
During preparation, a difficulty arose with the large camera that was output to the screen. The venue provided an unstable platform, causing noticeable shaking in the picture. We moved the camera to a stand, replaced the optics and tripod. As a result, we achieved a smooth, stable image - exactly as the client expected.
Overall preparation took a week, and equipment installation and system checks were completed the day before the event.

What we did:
We established a stable filming process: transmitted picture from the far camera via video sender, used an eight-meter crane with a motorized head, and recorded audio from the mixer to a recorder with double backup.
For reliability, we provided recording backup, set up intercom and tally for all operators, and color-matched the cameras together with the lighting designer during the run-through.
Result:
We provided high-quality multi-camera recording, strict adherence to timings, and promptly delivered all source files the next day. All goals set by the client were achieved.
The client noted that this was the best experience working with a team in St. Petersburg - 'night and day' compared to the previous contractor. They particularly highlighted the precision, stability, and coordination of the entire team.
After the successful implementation of the project, we discussed plans for further work: ahead - filming and broadcasts of the next AmoCRM events.
