Thank you for your work! Denis Zolotov’s Studio organized an online broadcast of the international scientific conference “Dostoevsky and World Culture”. The shooting took place in several rooms with online and offline speakers, with live broadcasts from other locations in the city and outdoors. On December 27, our team BUBIN EVENTS, together with zolotov.studio, held a New Year’s online corporate party for Nokian Tyres. A shooting set with scenery in the style of “Evening Urgant” was organized right at the factory. The event was broadcast live with insertions of pre-recorded videos. We sent a request to Denis Zolotov’s video studio to conduct an online conference broadcast with secure viewing access (there were access codes for participants). This was our first experience of online broadcasting, so there were many organizational questions. Denis was always in touch and answered all questions, explained technical nuances.
The day before the conference, the guys came to the venue to prepare and set up all the equipment.
On the day of the conference, the team fully monitored the broadcast and promptly resolved technical issues.
Our expectations were fully justified. The result was high-quality picture and sound, parallel display of speakers’ presentations, which is more convenient for the online viewer to perceive.

We have worked with this studio more than once. This time we needed to organize a two-day forum broadcast on YouTube with a remote speaker connection. The guys worked quickly, promptly and efficiently. They found out all the nuances, went to the venue in advance, familiarized themselves with what they had to work with, adjusted our initial request, and advised what would be better for us. The day before the event, they came, assembled the equipment, ran a test, instructed the remote speaker, and made a test connection with that speaker (they adjusted to the speaker’s time, the time difference was 8 hours, no questions arose about agreeing on the time). On the day of the event, they also arrived early and checked everything again. During the forum, the broadcasts were conducted with high quality; if any emergency situations arose, they promptly worked to eliminate issues. I was looking for a studio to hold an online conference for a large client. Two city studios refused me, saying the request was complex and hard to implement, but at Denis Zolotov’s studio, a polite, competent and patient administrator (he understood almost all the information I voiced, although it was very difficult for me to communicate because I don’t understand this area at all) listened to my brief and said the studio was ready to take on this project. Two weeks of preparation were very easy only because of the professional team, which gave me detailed answers to all the client’s questions, gave advice on what could be done better and what should be removed. (And despite new inputs every day). Special thanks to the guys for promptly solving the furniture issue the day before the event (this was very important for the client) and being in touch until late at night. Impressions from interaction with the team and the manager (maybe even managers) of the project are extremely positive, because all employees are not only pleasant to communicate with, but also specialists who know their craft perfectly. Regarding preparation, in my opinion everything went smoothly considering various force-majeure circumstances such as new corrections from our side and replacements in the team (but in my opinion these are generally natural things that cannot be avoided in any organizational work). All details were agreed upon quickly and easily, and if any minor misunderstandings or delays arose during the event, they were just as quickly resolved. Here special thanks to both Vladimir and Denis, who led the project, and the entire project team as a whole, because each venue had its own features and difficulties in organizing shooting and broadcasting, but operators and directors always offered different ways to solve emerging problems. From a technical point of view, everything was at the highest level, image and sound quality simply 10/10. I would also like to especially thank the entire Zolotov team not only for the quality work done at all venues, but also for moral support. This is my first experience of holding an event of this scale, so of course there were many worries about the organization, but the team of directors and operators supported me a lot (although none of them were obliged to do this), for which they deserve special human gratitude. I also requested feedback from higher management; I received many positive reviews regarding the organization of the event both from more experienced colleagues and from conference participants.
