We sent a request to Denis Zolotov's video studio for an online broadcast of a conference with secure viewing access (there were access codes for participants). This was our first experience with online broadcasting, so there were many questions about organization. Denis was always in touch and answered all questions, explaining technical nuances. On the eve of the conference, the guys came to the venue to prepare and set up all the equipment. On the day of the conference, the team fully monitored the broadcast, promptly resolving technical issues. Our expectations were fully met. We have worked with this studio more than once. This time we needed to organize a 2-day forum broadcast on YouTube with a remote speaker connection. The guys worked quickly, promptly and efficiently. They found out all the nuances, went to the venue in advance, familiarized themselves with what they would be working with, adjusted our initial request, and advised what would be better for us. The day before the event, they came, assembled the equipment, ran a test, instructed the remote speaker, and conducted a test connection with that speaker. (They adjusted to the speaker's time, the time difference was 8 hours, no issues with scheduling arose). On the day of the event, they also arrived at the venue in advance and checked everything again. During the forum, broadcasts were conducted with high quality; if any emergency situations arose, they promptly worked to fix the problems. I was looking for a studio to conduct an online conference for a large client. Two studios in the city refused me, arguing that the request was complex and difficult to implement, but at Denis Zolotov Studio, the polite, competent and patient administrator (who understood almost everything I said, even though it was very difficult for me to conduct a dialogue, as I don't understand this direction at all) listened to my brief terms of reference and said that the studio was ready to take on this project. The impressions from interaction with the team and the project manager (maybe even managers) were extremely positive, because all employees are not only pleasant people to communicate with, but also specialists who know their job perfectly. If we talk about preparation, in my opinion everything went quite smoothly given various force majeure circumstances such as new corrections on our part and replacements in the team (but in my opinion, these are generally natural things that cannot be avoided in any organizational work). All details were agreed upon quickly and easily, and if during the event any minor misunderstandings or delays arose, they were also quickly resolved. Special thanks here to both Vladimir and Denis, who managed the project, and to the entire project team as a whole, because each venue had its own peculiarities and difficulties in terms of organizing filming and conducting the broadcast, but the operators and directors always offered different ways to solve the problems that arose. From a technical point of view, everything went at the highest level, the image and sound quality is simply 10/10. I would also like to separately thank the entire Zolotov team not only for the high-quality work done at all venues, but also for the moral support. This is my first experience conducting an event of this scale, so, of course, there were many worries about the organization, but the team of directors and operators supported me a lot (although none of them were obliged to do this), for which they deserve separate human gratitude).
