Corporate events are always a special atmosphere: a combination of a formal format, informal communication, and vivid emotions. We were responsible for the on-screen broadcast for a project at LOFT HALL. The event agency organized an evening for company employees in the style of “Evening Urgant” with cover band performances, and our task was to create a dynamic and stylish broadcast that supported the show's atmosphere. The project turned out to be challenging — several contractors, a tight schedule, and a high quality bar, but it is precisely such tasks that inspire us and allow us to demonstrate maximum professionalism.
Project goal:
Our team was tasked with ensuring high quality video and audio recording of the corporate event, as well asorganize a smooth broadcaston LED screens without technical glitches. We worked with a third-party contractor's screens, which required special attention to synchronization and signal stability.
What we did:
-
Setting tasks.Together with the event agency, we defined the technical requirements, scenario, and broadcast format. We created a detailed schedule to synchronize the work of all departments.
-
Team selection. The project involved five camera operators, including a Steadicam operator, as well as a broadcast director and a project manager.
-
Equipment installation and setup. On site, we deployed a portable station for multi-camera shooting and broadcasting: five cameras for dynamic footage from different angles, a director's console for managing the broadcast and switching shots in real time.
-
Technical run-throughs.We conducted a test rehearsal, checked all communication channels and signal stability on the third-party contractor's LED screens.
-
Recording and broadcast.During the event, recording was done in 4K and broadcast to screens in 1080p. Video inserts and graphics were used in the broadcast, adding dynamics and visual style to the show.
-
Challenges and solutions. The main challenge was interaction between several technical teams and the high responsibility for broadcast stability. We managed thanks to clear coordination, role distribution, and preliminary tests.
-
Quality control. For reliability, we used proven equipment, conducted several run-throughs, and agreed on the scenario and schedule in advance. This made it possible to carry out the broadcast without failures and maintain a high level of video and audio quality.
Result:
Thanks to the professional work of the director, camera operators, coordinator, and hosts, the event turned out dynamic, stylish, and atmospheric, fully matching the format of an evening show. The resulting video materials featured high image and sound quality, allowing the client to use them for further corporate and image tasks.
The client's goals were fully achieved — the broadcast went off without interruptions, and the project became an example of well-coordinated work by all participants and confident technical execution even under time constraints.
