In this case study, we will tell how we organized multi-camera filming andonline broadcastfor Gazprom CPS at PMGF-2025: from preparation under tight deadlines to filming and live broadcast without failures.
Project goal:
We faced a complex task: to provide professional multi-camera filming andonline broadcastof the expert conference "Gazprom CPS" within the framework of PMGF-2025, making it available to a wide audience and preserving content for further use. The client needed not just to record the speeches, but to emphasize the company's status as an industry expert, get representative video for PR, reporting and internal communications, and also avoid any reputational risks associated with the quality of the broadcast. We had to take on the entire cycle - from stable broadcasting and clean sound to prompt preparation of finished media materials that meet corporate and forum standards.
Preparation:
Preparation for the project implementation was carried out in a short time and required clear coordination of all processes. At the pre-production stage, the technical concept of filming and broadcasting was fixed, roles were distributed within the team, and key points were agreed with the forum organizers. We relied on pre-developed solutions for large business events, which allowed us to quickly carry out technical preparation for the project.
An additional challenge was the uncertainty about the final seating arrangement and scenography - the filming was designed as flexibly as possible, with a reserve of optics and camera angles.
Integration with the forum's technical services required special attention. Connection points were agreed in advance, areas of responsibility were defined, and equipment and personnel lists were provided.
What we did:
We organized and carried out the filming and online broadcast of the conference without any emergencies, fully complying with the forum regulations and corporate quality standards.
During the project implementation:
- deployed a multi-camera filming scheme for working with speakers, panel discussions and general shots of the hall;
- provided live direction and real-time video mixing with logical switching of shots;
- integrated speakers' presentations directly into the video path, preserving the readability of charts and numbers;
- organized a stableonline broadcastwith constant control of image and sound quality.
Result:
As a result, the broadcast looked like a federal television broadcast, and the recorded materials were ready for further use in the archive, PR and internal communications.
During the project, the online broadcast made it possible to significantly expand the conference audience: participants who could not attend PMGF in person joined it. All reports and discussions were professionally recorded with clean sound and a clear picture, and the speakers' presentations were correctly integrated into the video and remained fully readable.
The event went without technical failures and reputational risks. All forum requirements were met, and the video materials highlighted the business status and expertise of Gazprom CPS at the federal venue. The client received a ready-made content archive that can be used for PR, internal communication, training and presentations.
