A closed meeting of the VNII of Metrology named after D.I. Mendeleev gathered participants in person and online, including remote speakers. The client needed to conduct a reliableonline broadcastand ensure uninterrupted communication for all participants. The project was especially important as the institute is our regular client, trusting us with responsible events. We value such tasks for the high level of responsibility and attention to detail they require.

Project goal:
We had a specific goal: to organize an online broadcast of the conference with high quality video and audio, minimize technical risks and guarantee stable broadcast operation. An important task was to preserve the prestige of the event and obtain high-quality video material for further use.

What we did:
Project preparation lasted two weeks. Installation and setup of equipment were carried out the day before the broadcast.
- We identified the project tasks and developed a technical scheme for the broadcast.
- We selected a team of specialists: a director, two camera operators, a sound engineer, a remote speaker engineer, and a project manager. We distributed roles among the participants of the filming process.
- We carried out installation and setup of equipment.
- We conducted a test run to eliminate technical failures during the broadcast.
- We configured a conference system with 25 microphones and ensured high-quality sound transmission on air.
- We installed a director's broadcast control console for switching shots, inserting video and graphics in real time.
- We organized shooting with two Sony Z90 cameras.

Result:
The online broadcast of the closed event of VNII Mendeleev went without technical failures. All participants and remote speakers connected stably and received a high-quality video signal. Thanks to the well-coordinated work of the team, a high level of video and audio quality was ensured. The client has been our regular customer for a long time, fully trusts our studio and is ready for future projects.
