Task
The task of GazStroyProm was to hold the professional festival 'STROY – GEROY 2024'. The event aims to popularize construction professions, exchange experience and technologies, as well as increase labor productivity through the introduction of advanced management and organizational practices.
The clients wantedto organize a broadcastof the festival for everyone interested. The event lasted 4 days. Each day, several buildings and venues were involved, in one of which we provided recording of the event.
Platform selection
The broadcast was conducted on the VK platform, which ensured high accessibility and convenience for viewers. The broadcast went through the official company group, where we were given administrative rights, which allowed not only to attract the attention of existing subscribers but also to expand the audience due to ease of access to content.
Preparation for the broadcast
The preparation was done remotely, we were in touch with the general developer of the venue, with whom we promptly resolved issues.
More than 30 tents were set up on the territory for various activity points.
The broadcast took place in one of them – Yamal, where we provided 2 cameras, 3 microphones, a mixing console, and speakers. The crew included a director, cameraman, sound engineer, and project manager.
We also used bonding. It is ononline broadcastoutside the city combines several mobile internet channels into one stable and wide channel, which is critical for ensuring reliable and high-quality video signal transmission in conditions of unstable or weak network coverage. This allows avoiding broadcast interruptions and maintaining high image and sound quality.
The broadcast was conducted on the client's territory in Leningrad region. We arrived and set up the equipment in the morning in 3 hours: installed cameras, lights, set up sound equipment, and deployed the director's console from which we managed the broadcast. The team worked from 6:30 AM to 9 PM without staff change, the broadcast itself lasted from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
"Stroy - Geroy" - a federal-scale event
The festival 'Stroy-Geroy 2024' received wide media coverage. TV channel RBC and federal publications such as 'Rossiyskaya Gazeta' and 'Moskovsky Komsomolets' released reports. Regional media, including TV channels 'Saint Petersburg' and 'LenTV24', also covered the event. The publication 'Delovoy Peterburg' focused on lean production, and 'Moyka78' reported on the introduction of smart watches for builders.
The festival closing ceremony turned into a musical about oil and gas construction. Honored guests of the ceremony were representatives of Gazprom's management, Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Sergey Muzichenko, as well as Deputy Head of the Leningrad Region Government for Transport and Fuel and Energy Complex Sergey Kharlashkin. He conveyed letters of gratitude from the governor to the general directors of Gazprom Invest and Gazstroyprom, Vyacheslav Tyurin and Nikolay Tkachenko, for their great contribution to the development of gasification in the region. Also, GSP employees were awarded by the Russian Guard for providing assistance to SVO fighters.
Nikolay Tkachenko, General Director of Gazstroyprom JSC, noted that 'Stroy-Geroy' has become an all-Russian forum uniting participants into one big family of Gazprom.
Results
The client was satisfied with the online broadcast. Our work helped convey important messages to a wide audience. We are glad to be part of such important events!
