With the event agencyWhite Label we have been cooperating for a long time and have conducted corporate events more than once (if you follow ourInstagram, you can see the studio's work in the highlights), but this project turned out to be one of the most interesting for us. From a technical point of view.
Client:WhiteLabel agency
Task: organize an online broadcast of a corporate event
Solution:organize filming with three cameras, and use Cisco Webex service for broadcast.
Choosing a broadcast platform
We were to broadcast a corporate event. Therefore, we needed a stable platform that allows limiting access to unauthorized users.
That's why we chose Cisco Webex — the service easily withstands a large influx of viewers at once and provides the ability to create 'named' links through which the viewer gets access to the broadcast.
Structure and content
The internal content was handled by the employees of White Label agency. It was their idea to make the show in the format of 'Evening Urgant'. Here are the components of a successful corporate event:
- a professional host who knows how to work live;
- wonderful guests who enthusiastically talk about the company's news (5 guests changed on the sofas during the broadcast);
- games with the audience (we held a contest on knowledge of colleagues);
- and, of course, stories about the company made in a humorous format to add dynamics to the broadcast.

Equipment installation
The venue was provided by the main customer — OCS company, the leader of the Russian IT distribution market. It was here — in the conference hall — where we had to place the equipment: a director's console, a laptop for displaying screens on the plasma, a control monitor, lights, and cameras.
Have you always wondered what it looks like from the outside? You can watch a timelapse shot right on the set.
Lights, camera, action!
For the broadcast of this event, we filmed from three points: one camera was responsible for the medium shot of the host, the second for filming guests, and the third for a wide shot of the studio. The operators were constantly in touch with the broadcast director via intercom.
We selected the most suitable lighting scheme for such a space. Fill light — two spotlights with diffusers installed on both sides of the subjects; two less bright spotlights — this is backlight, allowing to illuminate the heroes from behind to create softer shadows.
After installing all equipment, laying cables, and connecting sound — the shooting process begins.
