Online broadcast of apartment raffle from LSR

Online broadcast with apartment raffle is a bright and responsible event. Our regular client, LSR company, held a promotion for its customers. At the venue in St. Petersburg, the host, guests, and company representatives gathered. Weprovided an online broadcastand direct communication with the winner via telephone. For us, this is an important project and an opportunity to show our experience and professionalism in organizing large broadcasts.

Project goal:

We had a clear task: to organize a live broadcast of the apartment raffle on two platforms simultaneously — VK and Telegram. We needed to record video and audio materials for the client in 4K, output a stable signal in FullHD for the broadcast, and minimize any technical risks. At the same time, the broadcast had to go smoothly without interruptions or delays to maintain the festive atmosphere and viewer trust.

Preparation:

During the preparation stage, we tested the equipment, proposed several options for lighting design and props, and agreed on camera angles. After rehearsals and tests, we chose the optimal solution for the broadcast.

• Monitored picture and sound quality while simultaneously recording materials in 4K

Result:

The project was implemented in full and without technical failures. We organized the live broadcast and recording of the event within the planned timeline, ensuring high quality of image and sound.
