The online briefing with the participation of the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Khakassia Sergey Sokol required clear organization and technical coordination. It was important to bring together representatives of federal and regional media, social media, and Telegram channels in one broadcast. Special attention was paid to the quality of remote connections via the TrueConf platform. This allowed each speech to be delivered on time and without technical failures.
Goal:
Our task wasto provide an online broadcastbriefing on the VKontakte platform. For all government and many commercial organizations in modern conditions, there is often a need to abandon foreign video conferencing services, so we used TrueConf as a secure alternative and are ready to offer any solutions that fully meet the customer's requirements. In parallel, it was necessary to organize video and audio recording for the customer, conduct a test run and rehearsal, and guarantee stable picture and sound quality. At the same time, the broadcast had to be in 1080p, and the recording in 4K, without failures and with minimal technical risks.
What we did
- Conducted pre-production: setting tasks, planning and approving the broadcast concept.
- Performed a site inspection and proposed lighting design and camera angle options.
- Assembled a team of specialists: director-cameraman, video conferencing engineer, sound engineer, coordinator, and assistant.
- Organized equipment testing and a full rehearsal.
- Assembled and configured the technical infrastructure for the broadcast.
- Implemented shooting with two Sony Z90 cameras with dynamic angles.
- Provided studio sound using professional Sennheiser microphones.
- Set up the broadcast via the TrueConf platform and simultaneously streamed to VKontakte.
- Used studio lighting to improve picture quality.
- Managed the broadcast and controlled the quality of video streams and recordings.
Result:
The online briefing became an example of how proper preparation and a professional team allow a broadcast to be held without a single failure.
The customer received a fully streamlined process: the broadcast took place on the VK platform, video conferencing was organized through the secure TrueConf service, and 4K video recording and clean sound will allow the materials to be used for future needs. For viewers, it became a convenient format for direct access to relevant information, and for the Supreme Council of Khakassia, a tool for increasing openness and trust.
