The zolotov.studio team carried outphotographyandvideographyof the Saudi Arabia pavilion at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2026. The project ran from June 3 to 6 as part of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Industry's participation in SPIEF.
Our task was to quickly prepare reportage photos and video files for the media, reporting materials and client communications. The main requirement of the project was to deliver materials on the same day so that the customer could quickly use photos and videos to cover Saudi Arabia's participation in the forum.
This project required not only high-quality shooting, but also a quick organizational response: urgent accreditation, work with an international customer, involving reserve specialists and promptly transferring materials after each shooting day.

Task
The client needed photography and videography of the Saudi Arabian pavilion at SPIEF. It was necessary to show the country's participation in the forum, the operation of the pavilion, business meetings, interviews, guests, partners and official activities.
We had several tasks:
- conduct reportage photography of the pavilion;
- organize video shooting of business meetings, interviews and activities at the booth;
- prepare a large number of diverse shots;
- deliver photos and videos on the same day;
- provide materials ready for use in the media;
- promptly resolve the issue of accreditation for the filming crew.
It was especially important for the client to receive high-quality visual content that reflects the level of international participation, the business atmosphere of the forum and the work of representatives of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Industry.

Why they chose zolotov.studio
The client chose zolotov.studio thanks to the portfolio on the website, prompt communication and readiness to join the project in a short time.
The request came only 5 days before the start of the forum. By that time, the main deadlines for accreditation had already passed, so we needed not only to prepare the shooting, but also to urgently arrange access for the team to the site through interaction with Roscongress.
For an international project, such speed was critically important: the client needed a contractor who could quickly understand the task, assemble a team, prepare equipment and ensure a stable result.

Project features
The main difficulty of the project was related to deadlines and accreditation. On the first day of the forum, the accreditation of the main team was not ready yet. To ensure that photography and videography did not fail, we quickly connected a photographer and an operator from the reserve.
The reserve specialists already had valid accreditations from other companies and were available on the required day. As a result, the work started as planned, without losing a shooting day for the client.
Another unusual situation occurred on the last day of the project. An hour before the scheduled time, the delegation's visit to Kronstadt was canceled, and the new venue was moved to the Hermitage. We called a reserve specialist who managed to arrive at the new location and shoot a photo and video report.
Such situations require not only technical preparation, but also a strong organizational response. In international projects, it is important to make decisions quickly, maintain communication with the customer and have backup options in case of changes.
Preparation
We only had 5 days for preparation. During this time, the zolotov.studio team agreed on the technical specification, prepared specialists, determined the procedure for transferring materials and resolved organizational issues regarding accreditation.
At the preparation stage we worked out:
- technical specifications for the photographer and videographer;
- shooting priorities for each day;
- format for uploading materials to the cloud;
- procedure for delivering photos and videos on the same day;
- communication with the customer in English;
- issues of receiving international payment from Saudi Arabia;
- backup options in case of accreditation delays or schedule changes.
From the zolotov.studio side, the project involved a photographer, a videographer and a project manager represented by the head of the studio.
Implementation of photo and video shooting
For the work, a mobile reportage kit was used, suitable for a business event with a large number of events, meetings and quick movements.
The photographer worked with a camera, standard, wide-angle and telephoto lenses, as well as a tripod. This made it possible to take photos of general views of the pavilion, portraits, details of the exhibition, negotiations and official moments.
The videographer worked with a stabilizer, on-camera light, video tripod, a set of optics, a lavalier radio system and a handheld microphone. This setup made it possible to conduct video shooting of interviews, reportage scenes, walks around the pavilion, guest communication and the working atmosphere of the booth.
Special attention was paid to interviews. For the client, it was important not just to get a general chronicle, but to collect materials that could be used in the media and reporting communications. Therefore, the team recorded speakers, reactions, cutaways, pavilion details and the context of each conversation.
Throughout the project, we maintained close contact with the customer, clarified priorities for each day and promptly transferred materials after shooting.
Result
The client received high-quality photos and videos based on the results of each shooting day. The materials were delivered on the same day, which made it possible to use them for the media and operational communications about Saudi Arabia's presence at SPIEF.
As a result, all key tasks were completed:
- photography and videography of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Industry pavilion were carried out;
- reportage photos and videos were prepared;
- interviews were recorded;
- a variety of shots were collected for the media and reporting materials;
- shooting was ensured even under conditions of accreditation delay;
- additional shooting was promptly covered when the location changed on the last day.
The client highly appreciated the result and especially noted the quality of the team's work:
“Your work is excellent.”
Especially important for the client were quick communication, the team's readiness to adapt to changes and the ability to involve reserve specialists at a critical moment.
