Therr Maitz concert at VK Stadium

Goal:

Our mission is to turn the screens into a 'second stage': give viewers vibrant close-ups, preserve the energy of the live performance, and ensure every shot matches the rhythm of the music.

What we did:

1. Preparation stage:

— Developed a detailed layout scheme for 6 cameras and signal switching

— Prepared equipment and allocated roles in a team of 7 specialists

2. Equipment installation:

— Installed Sony Z90 cameras on heavy tripods

— Mounted close-up cameras on pantographs for optimal view

— Laid SDI cable lines and organized backup channels

— Deployed a wireless system (camera on a sender) with range testing

3. Technical part:

— Connected to the stadium's screen processor

— Set up the Sony MCS-8M video mixer

— Organized a communication system via Holyland intercom

— Installed 'live' camera indicators

4. Coordination:

— Coordinated angles and shots with Anton Belyaev

— Rehearsed all scenes during run-through

5. During the broadcast, we carefully monitored image and sound quality, promptly responding to any changes.
